AnalyzeMyLand uses public parcel and GIS records to generate parcel reports. Parcel owners, site addresses, geometry, and assessment fields may come from county property appraiser, county GIS, and Florida FDOR cadastral sources.
When you run a lookup, the app may store the raw address, parcel ID, or coordinate you entered, the matched parcel, geocoder result details, generated report data, timestamps, and operational error information. This is used for debugging, abuse prevention, source quality review, and product improvement during beta.
To generate environmental screening results, parcel geometry may be sent to FEMA flood and USFWS National Wetlands Inventory public GIS query services. AnalyzeMyLand caches those responses to reduce repeated external requests. These screening layers are not flood certifications or jurisdictional wetland delineations.
Rate limiting stores a hashed client identifier with request counts. Raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored in the rate-limit table.
First-time lookup and report tutorials store versioned completion flags in your browser's local storage so dismissed or completed tutorials do not automatically reopen. This tutorial state stays in that browser and is not sent to AnalyzeMyLand, Postgres, Clerk, or an analytics service. You can replay either tutorial from its Tutorial button or clear the site's local storage to reset first-time behavior.
During beta, export and deletion requests are handled manually by email. Contact support@analyzemyland.com with the report link, report ID, or exact lookup input you want reviewed.
